I always suggest making a separate template page in the current theme that you're going to use for all mls related pages - and here is how I do it -
I make a separate template for the theme called WP Realty Page - this is nothing more than taking the page.php and copying it and renaming the file and adding my template name in the top. (just like in the video)

Once that is done I delete the wordpress code for the page title becasue you dont want the exact same title showing for these 3 page types - search, results, details. This will allow much better customization for these MLS related pages.
