I’ve decided to let everyone in on where we are with our new 3.0 project so that everyone knows what to expect with our first release.

List of the options and features in the alpha version that we are currently testing.

1. We started from scratch and began with a brand new Data Base.
2. Next we created a brand new admin panel that now comes with its own “optional” separate login.
3. Next we made this version MU compatible with custom options that make this the ultimate Real Estate Solution.
4. Everything that was in 2.0 is obviously carried into 3.0 – but better.
5. We have integrated our own remote images option – for those that deal with MLS listings.
6. Remote Data Base options.
7. New shortcodes for all new customizable templates = more seo options.
8. All of the latest common libraries that make it easier for developers.
9. All New Agent and Office roster templates.
10. All New template tags structure makes it super easy to customize.
11. There are several other items and features I’m sure I’m over looking but that’s the top 10 that popped into my head.

4. Live Chat – “December/January”
5. SEO Web Stats – “December”
6. And last of all – New CRM options – eta on CRM is February
