New – WP Realty version 2.0.1
Will be released later tonight or early Saturday Nov-7th.
Changes include:
- Fixed many css issues that were needed.
- Added new instructions within in the template tags area.
- Fixed url structure on search results templates.
- Fixed bug requiring some installs to attempt to login via user/pass
- Fixed bug in next/prev
- Corrected link inside admin for next-page 123456 in the listings editor.
That's a partial list of the main items changed…..for those of you that are "demo testing" simply uninstall and reinstall with new version.
Those of you that are running live production sites with mls data, simply update like any other plugin and no mysql data will be lost.

Yes we forgot to mention in the other blog that this update to WPRealty makes the one from two days ago essentially useless. This new update fixes many dozens of bugs we found after our beta testers examined the plugin on live sites.

is there a tool for importing RETS or IDX data?

Yes there is a tool called VieleRETS
….and as you can see others are doing it http://wprealty.org/forums/showthread.php?p=79#post79
But of course you’ve got to figure out how to get it all to work, its a bit harder than it looks and to get it all done correctly requires a pretty big learning curve even for programmers.
We use something else now for our MLS solutions….a bit more advanced but MUCH faster downloads for data.
ALSO I’m about 1 maybe 2 hrs from uploading the newest version of our Plugin – everyone will get an email the min its uploaded.

Has version 2.01 been uploaded. I have signed up for the 10 day trial, but I do not see the new version under my account.
I logged in as “you” and I see the updated zip there saying 2.0.1

Just to be clear on WP-Realty, since it is a plugin, do I still need to have an installation of Open Realty on the server? Or is the plugin self containing so that I can uninstall the Open Realty application.
I wanted to be clear on that question ….. THANKS MUCH!
